How we work with you

Onboarding is a conversation about your salary cycle and vendor volume, then a sandbox file, then live rails. You keep a named contact on the desk — the Gurugram office is the same one printed on this site.

We use standard Indian payment rails (UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS). We do not ask your beneficiaries to download a new app. Encryption, role-based access, and maker-checker sit on the path because payroll mistakes are expensive.

Who we are not

Instakuberdhan is not a consumer wallet, a recharge portal, or a white-label clone of another brand. It is the back-office payments product, built for companies that already pay people and suppliers every month.
